This was done in about 2 days, very simple to do. This was heavily based off Heretic's/Gunfox's [link] Double Zero design, which i absolutley fell in love with. So from permission from Heretic/Gunfox i modified the design to my tastes.

Ooo art tools...well err...Photoshop (Line tool, paint bucket tool, gradient tool, blur tool.) basically it i think. And yes there's and Astray Green Frame, it's in SEED's latest installment: Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FRAME Astrays.
