Historical/Technical Notes
The Quantum Gundam was the Falcon Corps main mobile suit before the Guardian. It was designed and manufactured the time the original Freedom was made and has been hiding ever since then. The Quantum Gundam was only rolled out recently to attack the Archangel in operation Fallen Angel. Although the mission was a failure, the Quantum Gundam managed to damage the Archangel severely.
Even though the Quantum Gundam only has one weapon at it's disposal, it is the most powerful beam weapon known and only second to Genesis/Neo Genesis. The Quantum Bow Rifle has rapid firing beam which shoot at least 700 rounds a minute. But this weapon has a deadly secret. In desperate situations, the pilot can add on the extra parts of the Quantum Bow Rifle (On it's back) and connect it to the main rifle. The final blast of this rifle can wipe out entire fleets of suits and ships in one shot. Although this has a major side effect on the mobile suit, it drains the power completely and usually destroys the suits arms and legs from the high energy output, also it damages the rest of the suit severely.
